You will have oversight of and manage our 3rd party fulfillment center and transportation providers. You will be responsible for the execution and management of our domestic and international transportation, returns, exchanges, supporting technology, operational KPIs, cost management and company-wide inventory accuracy.

Best Made is looking for a hands-on the Sales and Inventory Accounting Manager who will be spear-heading the Company’s inventory valuation and management & sales reporting processes across the company and within an ERP system. This role will be a key partner with the Product Development and Operations Teams to ensure inventory costs are accurate, assemblies are built properly, reserves are estimated and managed properly and inventory balances on the balance sheet is accurate and supportable. Additionally you will be performing a series of Gross Margin calculations to assist Management in understanding how the business is performing against a core set of its KPIs.

Inventory Responsibilities:

  • Develop inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
  • Assist in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory within and outside of ERP system.

Best Made Company is looking for a Merchandise Planning and Inventory Manager with demonstrable experience in collaborating with Merchandising, Production and Marketing teams on the development of product strategies and leading the creation of the financial strategy including sales, margin and inventory. With this role we are looking for an individual with strong inventory skills who is more than usually passionate about working closely with systems. A demonstrable desire to solve problems and debug processes/systems issues leading to clear solutions and best practices are critical criterions for the successful applicant.

This role requires one who is savvy with Excel/Google Docs, as well as, has an ability to conceptualize, operate and explain existing processes in current and future systems. As Best Made continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking to hire an Inventory and Planning Manager for its growing soft goods business. The position will be a hands-on partner working as a hub between the merchant, operations and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy to drive business and buying strategy. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to our Director of Inventory and Planning.

  • Work closely with production and operations to develop pre-season inventory level purchase plans by SKU for soft goods merchandising categories.
