Story

For a breathable, 100% cotton indigo that holds up to the sun, we sought out the expertise of Portuguese craftsmen, among the most skilled and discerning textile artisans in the world. Woven at a factory in the northern countryside of Portugal, the textured indigo-dyed yarn (derived naturally, from the indigo plant) is treated with a high-low effect, allowing the base color of the yarn to shine through. Discreet details (like the double and triple needle stitching and the single button closure on the front pocket) come across as thoughtful, not superfluous, ensuring that this button down is never too buttoned-up.
