Story

This limited edition Stetson was made in collaboration with Francis Mallmann, legendary chef and restaurateur. Though it retains the classic Stetson profile, certain elements are pure Mallmann. The unusual color of the hare fur body — a deep, rich navy — is one of his touches; the softer brim is another. It makes for a hat that’s lighter and more malleable than the typical Western style: comfort and ease are key. Paired with the leather sweatband for secure wear and a hand-braided horsehair hat band, this hat is a rare match for any man.

In the history of American iconography, one image remains consistent: the Stetson. Founded in 1865 by John B. Stetson, Stetson still crafts their classic cowboy hats with many of the same techniques they used over 150 years ago.
