Best Made products are built for life. We will replace or reimburse any purchase that does not meet this standard — just reach out to our customer experience team at email@example.com or 1-888-708-7824.
If you are not satisfied with your product, return it to us in like-new condition within the first 30 days of purchase and we will happily process your refund.
A return label is included in your delivery, on the packing slip — you have a 30-day return window on any product. To begin a return, simply follow the included instructions, and use the provided label. Once your package is prepared to return, you can schedule a free UPS pickup or drop off the package at a UPS Location nearest you.
When we receive your package, you will be notified by email that your refund has been issued. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days — if you opt to use this return method, a $6 charge will be deducted from your refund.

International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned items. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.

We have extended our return policy to 60 days for orders placed between November 1st and December 25th.

Orders placed on our website cannot be returned to our store locations. Please use the return label in your package or reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented. Needless to say all Best Made products pass through our hands, which allows us to devote ourselves to ensuring that your order will arrive safely, timely, and smartly. During the business week, we ship most orders within 2 business days, provided your order is placed before 12pm EST. Expedited orders are shipped within 1 business day, provided your order is placed before 12pm EST.
Delivery: Weekends are not typically included in delivery timelines; for example, if you place an order with expedited 1-day shipping on Friday morning, it will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
We offer domestic shipping options via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that we cannot provide expedited shipping to locations outside of the contiguous U.S.A.

Best Made ships to select countries internationally (see below for full list). Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
