RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Best Made products are designed for life. We will repair, replace, or refund any purchase that does not meet this standard. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, return it to us in new condition and we will happily accept a return and process a refund.
We offer a simple, three-step method for printing a return shipping label through our online portal. If you opt to use this method, a $6 charge will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may also choose to ship your items back using a carrier of your choice, we recommend using a service with tracking.
To begin a return, click "Start My Return" and follow the instructions. Once you receive your prepaid UPS shipping label, print and attach it to your package. You can schedule a free UPS Pickup or drop off the package at a UPS Location nearest you.
Once your package is received, you will be notified by email that your refund has been issued. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Please return product in original packaging. If you are returning an Axe, American Longbow, Gerstner Chest, Footlocker, or any oversized item, please call 1.888.708.7824 or email us at email@example.com.

Need a new size or color?
The fastest way to process your exchange is to give us a call at 1.888.708.7824. We will place the new order on your credit card and provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label for the return items.
Prefer to process your exchange online? You’ll need a Best Made Account. Once you’ve created an account, click "Start My Exchange" and select “Exchange to Best Made Account”. A free, prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided for you to print and attach to your package. Once your package has been received, an online store credit will be issued to your account for the original purchase amount plus shipping. You will be notified via email when your online store credit is available to redeem.
One more step! Log in to your Best Made Account and place your new order. Your online store credit will automatically be applied at checkout.
BEST MADE SETS
Please note that Best Made Sets and items within sets are not available for return or exchange. We will only accept an exchange of an item if it is damaged upon receipt. As always, our Best Made Guarantee applies to all of our products.
Please note that prepaid shipping labels are not available for purchases made outside the United States. Using a shipping service of your choice, please return the product in its original packaging to the address below. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented. Needless to say all Best Made products pass through our hands, which allows us to devote ourselves to ensuring that your order will arrive safely, timely, and smartly. Almost all our products are stowed in crush-test corrugated boxes packed with wood wool. During the business week, we ship most non-axe orders the same day you place your order, provided your order is placed before 3pm EST. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.
We offer domestic shipping options via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Best Made currently ships to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Note: packages that ship via USPS First Class will not have tracking information. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact us directly at email@example.com if your destination is not available at checkout.
INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING
Your personally identifiable information (name, address, email, phone) is collected through standard business proceedings (orders, customer interaction), marketing outreach (surveys, promotions, newsletter signup), and 3rd party marketing partners. We share your personally identifiable information only with select 3rd party partners, for our standard business proceedings or marketing functions.
Non-personal information (IP address, browser data, etc.) is collected automatically by our website service, and is used solely for analytical purposes. We use 3rd party services such as Google Analytics to collect and process data, to improve the quality of our website and outreach.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We may disclose customer information in the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
We reserve the right to disclose customer information as required by law.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
