It is said that cedar doesn't repel moths from wool, but that it masks the scent of wool, throwing them for a loop. Whatever theory you prescribe to, protecting your clothing and blankets with cedar wood is a wise step without a doubt. Our blanket box is hand-made in the USA from Maryland sourced cedar. Constructed with solid brass hardware and bridle leather, our blanket box uses traditional finger joints which will make for a secure, and long-lasting fit.
