Story

We are fond of the universal Tenugui, and proud to offer this elevated edition. Hand-dyed by a 200-year-old studio in Japan, illustrated in vivid color, these humble cloths have the benefit of looking just as sharp on the wall as they do in your pocket. A staple of the Japanese household since the 9th century, it's only fitting that these Tenuguis are emblazoned with graphic icons of Japan's illustrious history. In the wabi-sabi spirit these are not hemmed so expect some slight fraying (and character!).
