Fully lined with a layer of thermal insulation, the forearms are reinforced with an extra panel of shell material, meanwhile an adjustable elastic drawstring hood helps batten down the hatches in a gale. The heavy ribbed cotton/elastic cuffs and waistband seal in warmth on the coldest spring days.
